Stanbic IBTC, a leading Nigerian financial institution, supports Nigerian SMEs and sought to raise awareness of this particular service. Gree-Oh Media, the media agency I worked with, was tasked with developing and executing a campaign for this initiative.
I collaborated with the content and production teams to craft an engaging web experience (meme generator) aimed at scaling this social marketing project.
“Open for Business” was the campaign’s tagline. The aim was to tell the story of Nigerian businesses through the stories of several Nigerian entrepreneurs. Stanbic IBTC wanted to make use of this medium to show its support for Nigerian SMEs.
The plan was to create an engaging website that would allow Nigerian SMEs to showcase their work or services, thus raising awareness about the type of support Stanbic IBTC provides to businesses through their social media channels, with the ultimate goal of helping the financial institution grow its market share by acquiring more customers.
